365: Peanut Butter and Jelly Day/Children's Book Day

April 2 is both Peanut Butter and Jelly Day and Children's Book Day. We couldn't choose, so we celebrated both!
For Peanut Butter and Jelly Day, we made peanut butter and jelly sushi rolls. We ate them with Jude's best friend, Q. It was a fun little picnic.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi Rolls

Ingredients:
Peanut butter
Jelly
Bread

Directions:
1. Cut off crusts of bread
2. Roll bread out with a rolling pin (or can if you don't have a rolling pin)
3. Put on peanut butter and jelly
4. Roll up the bread
5. Cut like sushi rolls
6. Enjoy!
For Children's Book Day, we read a lot of children's books. I asked the adults in the Cousin Crew's life what their favorite children's books were and we read as many of those books as we could (not all are pictured).
