For our first Messy Monday of the year, we decided to finger-paint using taste safe homemade paint. We finger-painted on a Dollar Tree $1 shower curtain. Jude spent a least 45 minutes swirling around the colors, playing with the cups, and tasting it. The clean up was simply just throwing the shower curtain out.
I love how these sensory projects really allow Jude to explore the world with all his senses. He's becoming more and more curious with each project!
Recipe for Paint
1 container plain greek yogurt
food coloring
Instructions
Take 1 container of greek yogurt
Split into four smaller cups
Put desired food color in each cup (2 drops per color worked for me)
Mix well
Play!
