April 5 is Walk to Work Day. I cheated a little bit with this one. We spent the day incredibly busy, so we took the easy way out. My work is being Jude's mom. I walked to work by walking around with him! We walked all around COSI.
We rounded out our two day adventure to Columbus by visiting the Center of Science and Industry (COSI). They have the best little kids play area that I have seen. The area has many different play themes: a light and shadow room, craft room, water area, building area, farm/farmer's market area, doctor area (to name a few).
Jude and I spent the majority of the time in the light room. Jude enjoyed looking at the light shine through blocks and nature paddles.
We also took the time to play in the water a little bit. I haven't seen a set up like this in a water area for babies/small toddlers before, and it was really exciting for Jude to get to participate in the water table area.
It was a day full of "walking" to work, and we had a great time!
